PrimeTurbo e-commerce is a portal dedicated exclusively to turbocharger overhaul specialists and auto parts distribution companies.
HOW TO REGISTER
To access the catalog and view the net prices, you need to self-register in the Login section, filling in the information fields relating to your company.
Once the request has been sent, your account will be active when, after receiving your registration application, access will be validated.
You will receive a confirmation email after which you can create your access password.
Alternatively, it is possible to request registration on the portal by sending an email to info@primeturbo.eu specifying the data of your company (company name, address, VAT number, SDI code).
HOW TO CARRY OUT THE SEARCH
If you do not have the turbocharger code for which you are searching, you can use the "Search by Vehicle" or "Search by Measurements" functions depending on the information in your possession.
However, the most commonly used search method is the one based on the turbocharger code.
In fact, by entering the turbo code in the central search band and pressing "Enter", you will find all the products compatible with the code you are looking for.
For a search for the spare part as accurate as possible, we recommend preferably using the codes of the turbocharger manufacturer and only alternatively the original code of the car.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Once you have added the products you wish to order to the Shopping Cart and started the Check-out procedure, you will directly find your company data.
If you wish to enter a shipping address that is different from the billing address or if you wish to enter several shipping addresses depending on the location of your company, you can do so by clicking on the "Add a new address" icon.
After selecting the desired shipping address, you will choose whether you need a shipment prepaid or assigned. In the latter case, we ask you to indicate the courier with whom you have an active subscription and also the number of your subscription during the first order.
A "Notes" section is also available where you can specify any detail that may be useful during shipping and packaging.
Once you have completed checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order.
ADDITIONAL SECTIONS
We invite you to take a look at the further additional functions present in our portal such as the "Technical Area" section, where you can find both technical information that is also useful for your customers and information regarding the operation and overhaul of turbochargers.
There is also a "News" section with which you can stay updated on PrimeTurbo news, on new products included in the catalog and on sector news.
